Recruitee, now sold as Tellent Recruitee, is a capable applicant tracking system for teams that hire together. It is also hard to price. Its plans were renamed Start, Advance and Optimize, the pricing page no longer shows a number, and every contract has a minimum term of one year, even if you pay monthly.
If you want to know what you will pay before you book a demo, or you hire too rarely to commit to a year, these six alternatives publish their prices. All prices below were checked on each vendor's pricing page on 1 November 2026.

What Recruitee costs and includes in 2026
Recruitee's pricing page says the price depends on three things: the plan, the number of employees at your company, and how you pay. Paying yearly saves 20%. There is a free trial, no credit card needed, but the contract after it is for at least a year.
The entry plan, Start, includes 5 active job posts, a one-page branded careers site, posting to multiple job boards in one click, team collaboration (roles, tasks, notes and mentions), pipeline automation, email and calendar sync, standard reports, a mobile app, API access and more than 200 integrations. Advance removes the job limit and adds referrals and deeper automation. Optimize is the top tier.
Third-party price trackers disagree by hundreds of dollars a month about what this costs, which is a sign that most quotes are negotiated. Before 2026, when Recruitee still listed prices, its entry plan cost about $185 a month for 10 job slots on yearly billing, or $222 paid monthly. Expect a quote in that range or higher, and ask for it in writing with the one-year term spelled out.
Are there cheaper alternatives to Recruitee?
Yes. For a small team, five of the six tools below cost less than Recruitee's old entry price: Jobspage (free, or $19 to $79 a month), JazzHR (from $1,000 a year), Manatal (from $15 per user a month), Homerun (from €109 a month) and Breezy HR (free for one open role, then $157 a month). Workable is the exception: it costs about as much as Recruitee, and it is on this list because it publishes its price and includes unlimited jobs.
1. Jobspage
Jobspage is a careers page builder with a simple applicant tracker behind it. You get a branded careers page at yourcompany.jobspage.co, a page for every job with your own application form, and a pipeline where you rate candidates and move them through hiring stages.
Price: free for 1 active job with unlimited applicants. Paid plans are Bootstrap at $19/month billed yearly ($29 monthly) for 3 jobs, Startup at $29 ($49) for 10, and Business at $79 ($129) for 20. No annual contract on monthly billing. See pricing.
Where Recruitee is better: Jobspage does not post to job boards for you (jobs can appear in Google for Jobs and each has a Share on LinkedIn button). It has no email or calendar sync for interviews, and no integrations marketplace or API. If you run structured, multi-interviewer hiring across several boards, Recruitee does more.
Pick it if: you hire a few roles a year, want a careers page live today, and would rather pay $0 to $79 a month than sign for a year.
2. Breezy HR
Breezy is the closest match to Recruitee in features: job board distribution, a customisable careers site, pipeline automation and candidate messaging.
Price: the free Bootstrap plan covers 1 active position with unlimited users, though it only keeps candidates added in the last 30 days. Startup, with unlimited positions, is $157/month billed yearly or $189 monthly. Texting, onboarding and AI features are paid add-ons.
Pick it if: you want Recruitee's multiposting and automation at a published price.
3. Manatal
Manatal prices per user rather than per job, which suits a small recruiting team handling many roles.
Price: Professional is $15 per user a month billed yearly ($19 monthly) for up to 15 jobs. Enterprise, with unlimited jobs and workflow automation, is $35 per user a month, and Enterprise Plus is $55.
Pick it if: one or two people do all the recruiting. With a larger hiring team, per-user pricing adds up quickly.
4. JazzHR
JazzHR is built for US small businesses that rely on job boards.
Price: Hero is $1,000 a year and includes job postings, the applicant tracker and email templates. Plus is $3,480 a year with up to 200 active jobs, structured interviews and automation. Pro is $5,508 a year and adds offers and e-signatures.
Pick it if: you hire mostly in the US and want premium job board listings without Recruitee's price.
5. Homerun
Homerun is a European tool known for well-designed careers pages and application forms, which makes it a natural choice for Recruitee's core market.
Price: Core is €109/month billed yearly or €139 paid monthly for 3 job slots. Plus is €195 or €215 for 5. Both are annual contracts, like Recruitee.
Pick it if: your careers site is part of your brand and you are happy with a yearly contract at a known price.
6. Workable
Workable is a full recruiting suite with unlimited active jobs, sourcing tools, a hiring plan and custom reports. An HR system is available as an add-on bundle.
Price: for companies with 1 to 20 employees, Standard is $299/month billed yearly or $360 billed monthly, and the price rises with headcount. Premier is $599/month, yearly only. Texting, video interviews and assessments are add-ons.
Is Recruitee cheaper than Workable? You can only find out by getting a Recruitee quote. Both price by company size and land in the same range, so ask each for a quote for your headcount and compare the first-year total.
Pick it if: you also need HR software and want one vendor for both.
